People Analyst

About the role

SoftConstruct is looking for a People Analyst to join the Total Rewards team. You will turn HR data into actionable insights that support compensation, performance, and workforce planning.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze HR data on compensation, benefits, performance evaluations, employee retention, and headcount planning.
• Conduct external market benchmarking and pay‑gap analyses to ensure competitive and fair compensation structures.
• Support annual performance management cycles and incentive calculations through accurate data modeling.
• Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for executives and HR stakeholders.
• Establish KPIs, track performance distribution, reward allocation, and salary‑band penetration.
• Generate reports from the Workday HR system and automate recurring HR reporting workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in HR analytics, compensation analysis, or business data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and ability to handle confidential HR information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (and Russian is a plus).

Required skills

• Power BI dashboard creation, DAX expressions, and data‑visualisation best practices.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel: XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, nested logic, PivotTables, conditional formatting, and data validation.
• Data modeling and statistical analysis of large HR datasets.
• Workday HR system reporting and data extraction.
