Pharmaceutical Data Analyst

The role sits outside traditional pharmacy practice and focuses on data-driven support of planning, inventory and order processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze sales, orders and inventory data to support planning and decision-making.
• Monitor product availability and contribute to inventory planning and demand forecasting.
• Coordinate customer orders and support import-related processes.
• Work with Tableau and other digital tools to analyze data and prepare reports.
• Prepare and maintain documentation in line with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) requirements.
• Support compliance with internal procedures and applicable quality standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Good numerical skills and confidence working with data.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new digital tools and develop professionally.
• Experience with Tableau or within the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage; early-career candidates are welcome.
