Procurement Lead – Build End‑to‑End Supply Chain

About the role

Rydena, a tech‑startup developing advanced composite prepregs for aerospace and industrial markets, is looking for a highly analytical and process‑driven Procurement Lead. You will be responsible for designing and implementing the entire supply‑chain framework, from raw‑material sourcing to production delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design and document the end‑to‑end procurement lifecycle, creating SOPs aligned with ISO 9001:2015 and EN9100 standards.
• Configure Odoo ERP’s MRP module (safety stock, reorder points, lead times, EOQ) to translate master production schedules into concrete procurement plans.
• Develop a traceability system linking every raw‑material batch to its certificate of analysis and storage conditions.
• Establish and manage a structured supplier qualification framework, conduct cross‑functional audits, and maintain an Approved Vendor List.
• Lead commercial negotiations, draft and manage supplier contracts, and set up long‑term agreements to secure capacity and pricing stability.
• Implement a supplier performance management system tracking on‑time delivery, lead‑time variability, quality, and compliance (ISO, REACH, conflict‑material reports).

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement or supply‑chain management within a manufacturing or high‑tech environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to design processes and documentation from scratch.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, EN9100 and REACH compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for cross‑functional and supplier interactions.
