Product Owner (Chinese & English Speaker)

About the role

SoftConstruct is looking for a bilingual Product Owner to lead the execution of its platform vision. You will act as the bridge between English‑speaking business stakeholders and Chinese‑speaking technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own, prioritize, and refine the product backlog, translating strategy into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications for sprint cycles.
• Serve as the primary liaison between English‑speaking business stakeholders and Chinese‑speaking development teams, aligning priorities and requirements.
• Collaborate daily with engineering, design, QA, and Scrum Masters to clarify requirements, remove blockers, and ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery.
• Identify customer pain points and growth opportunities through data and feedback, turning insights into actionable backlog items.
• Evaluate and define requirements for AI capabilities and automated workflows to enhance platform value.
• Track roadmap execution, monitor KPIs, and communicate delivery milestones to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager in an Agile environment.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) with strong translation ability.
• Proven track record of managing product backlogs, writing precise user stories, and prioritizing sprints.
• Experience with SaaS, gaming, or online betting industries is a strong plus.
