Production Director – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

Lead end‑to‑end production across aluminum windows & doors, curtain wall, glass processing and powder coating operations, overseeing three workshop heads and 10‑12 supervisors in Yerevan.

Key responsibilities

• Own production planning, capacity, manpower, machinery and resource utilization to meet targets, quality standards and project schedules.
• Drive operational performance by improving productivity, reducing downtime, waste, defects, rework and costs.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Procurement, Logistics and Project Management.
• Support production expansion, automation, new equipment/lines and high‑volume façade projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Production, Mechatronics or related field.
• 7+ years of industrial/manufacturing experience with senior production leadership.
• Hands‑on management experience in aluminum windows & doors and curtain wall manufacturing; strong knowledge of glass processing and powder coating.
