Project Coordinator

About the role

Armenia Corps is seeking a part‑time Project Coordinator to support the “Co‑Creating Village Participation Models from Local Strengths (Built from Within)” project, implemented in partnership with the Embassy of Canada in Armenia. The role blends remote work with field visits to Ghukasavan and Ranchpar villages, ensuring smooth coordination between community members, university students, and project partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organise trainings, meetings and field activities, supporting two Field Coordinators and volunteers (30%).
• Facilitate communication among project staff, community representatives, university partners and experts to keep stakeholders aligned (25%).
• Manage logistics for field visits, monitor on‑site implementation and address operational needs (20%).
• Document progress, success stories and lessons learned; contribute to donor reporting and model improvement (15%).
• Track project milestones against the work plan, participate in weekly coordination and monthly reflection meetings, and support performance monitoring (10%).

Required profile

• Positive attitude with a commitment to continuous learning.
• Fluency in Armenian and professional proficiency in English.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
