Project Management Instructor & Trainer

About the role

Projectonomy seeks an experienced project management instructor to design and record an online course, with the potential for ongoing live and in‑person training in Armenia. The role combines curriculum development, on‑camera teaching, and collaboration with a production team.

Key responsibilities

• Define course topic, learning outcomes, and structure with the internal team.
• Develop lesson content, including practical examples, exercises, and assessments.
• Present engaging lessons on camera and review material for accuracy.
• Incorporate feedback and explore adaptations for live and corporate training.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of project management, Agile, or Scrum gained through practice or teaching.
• Ability to explain concepts simply and connect them to real‑world situations.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Confidence presenting on camera and facilitating live learning.
• Collaborative, reliable, and open to feedback.
• Previous teaching, training, or mentoring experience is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI‑ACP, CSM, PSM) are welcome.
