Project Manager / Team Leader – e‑Government Implementation

About the role

European Dynamics is looking for a highly motivated Project Manager / Team Leader to lead the implementation of an e‑Government solution for a public‑sector client in Armenia. The role combines coordination of project activities, on‑site presence in Yerevan, and delivery of training to end users.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day project operations and monitor progress against milestones.
• Provide train‑the‑trainer sessions and direct training for the client’s nodal users on the e‑Government software.
• Conduct quality assurance on Armenian and Russian versions of all deliverable documents.
• Report regularly to the Contract Manager on project status, risks, and issues.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years as a Project Manager / Team Leader on IT system implementations.
• Fluent in English and native‑level Armenian or Russian (written and spoken).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Project management of large‑scale IT projects.
• Experience with e‑Government or similar public‑sector software deployments.
• Quality assurance of multilingual documentation.
