About the role

The Card Operations Department Specialist will join Idbank's Card Operations team in Yerevan. The role focuses on managing card lifecycle activities, supporting customers and internal staff, and ensuring compliance with bank procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Unblock cards, modify card data and limits as requested by customers.
• Re‑issue cards, close card accounts, and transfer remaining balances.
• Block cards based on instructions from other bank divisions.
• Send SMS notifications for cards that have not been received.
• Provide phone and email support to bank personnel and customers.
• Execute additional tasks assigned by the department head or direct supervisor.
• Carry out other operations defined by the bank’s internal legal acts.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Understanding of banking legislation.
• At least two years of relevant work experience.
• Computer literacy.
• Proficiency in one or more languages.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Ability to solve problems quickly, multitask, and adapt to changes.
• Attention to detail and adherence to business ethics.
