About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position in Yerevan manages end‑to‑end hiring processes for Stellux Partners. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates, and guide them through each selection stage.
Key responsibilities
- Define position requirements and draft job descriptions.
- Source candidates via online platforms, networking and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
- Maintain recruitment records and support employer‑branding initiatives.
Required profile
- 2+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Commitment to inclusive, non‑discriminatory hiring practices.
Required skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems.
- Use of job boards and professional networking platforms for talent acquisition.
