About the role
Commit Offshore is seeking a Mid‑Level Technical Recruiter to join its international talent acquisition team. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring top‑tier technical professionals for a variety of IT projects across multiple regions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for positions such as Software Engineers, DevOps, Cloud Architects, Data Engineers and QA.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and networking.
- Assess technical and cultural fit in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Track candidate data in the ATS and stay updated on industry hiring trends.
Required profile
- 2‑4 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in an international outstaffing or IT services environment.
- Proven ability to recruit for various tech roles at different seniority levels.
- Familiarity with global recruitment trends and sourcing talent across Europe, North America and LATAM.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and multitasking skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
