About the role
Silverlight Research is looking for a motivated Client Sales Consultant to work remotely, Monday to Friday. The role builds relationships with prospective and existing clients, identifies business opportunities and helps grow the company's client portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Contact existing and prospective clients by phone, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other approved channels.
- Introduce Silverlight Research and explain its expert research services.
- Identify client needs, follow up on opportunities and convert prospects into paying clients.
- Support ongoing projects in coordination with the delivery team.
- Maintain client relationships, encourage repeat business and keep client activity and follow-up records updated.
What we offer
- Base salary of $800 per month.
- Performance commission of up to $2,000, depending on sales performance and completed credits.
- If required working hours are not met, compensation is paid pro rata according to the agreement.
