About the role
Skill Talk Academy seeks an experienced sales specialist to join its remote team, focusing on student development and the promotion of language course packages.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to messages on social media platforms (primarily Facebook) to sell packages.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with prospective students.
- Maintain contact with interested individuals and potential students.
- Present and sell the school's language courses and packages.
- Provide consultation to clients, helping them select courses that align with their goals.
- Ensure high‑quality service and positive communication throughout the sales process.
Required skills
- Excellent communication and sales abilities.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Armenian.
- Intermediate knowledge of Russian.
- Intermediate knowledge of English.
- Basic computer and social media skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
