Sales Director - Horeca Catering

About the role

Art Lunch is looking for a Sales Director to lead sales across its canteen network and corporate catering business. You will own the sales plan end to end: forecasting demand, setting targets by branch and channel, growing corporate clients and leading the sales team that delivers the results.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast and plan sales by branch, channel and client segment, based on market demand, customer preferences and competitor analysis
• Build and execute strategies for sales growth, new client acquisition and retention
• Grow corporate sales: bring in new companies, institutions and partners and build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Deliver the sales plan, analyse deviations and take corrective action
• Analyse sales volume, revenue, profitability and client performance and turn findings into recommendations
• Work with production, procurement and supply to align food and product demand with forecasts
• Lead, coach and evaluate the sales team, set KPIs, give feedback and organise training
• Oversee service standards, internal procedures and the correct handover of cash and cashless payments to finance
• Assess the reliability and risk of corporate clients and partners
• Prepare monthly and annual reports by branch and sales channel

Required profile

• Higher education
• 5+ years of sales experience, including team management (food service, HoReCa, catering, FMCG or retail is a strong plus)
• Proven experience with sales forecasting, planning and hitting targets
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in corporate (B2B) sales
• Structured, data-driven approach to work
• Fluent Armenian; good English and Russian
