Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our apartment sales operations. You will be responsible for guiding the entire sales cycle, from the first client contact to the final transaction, while supporting both new and existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales process for apartments, from initial contact to closing.
• Actively engage with new and existing clients to generate leads and close deals.
• Identify client needs and present tailored property proposals.
• Organise and conduct sales meetings and presentations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client information and sales stages in the CRM system.
• Implement sales plans, monitor KPIs and achieve targets.
• Preserve post‑sale relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in real‑estate or construction.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Result‑oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Responsibility, initiative and the ability to work independently.
• Good command of Armenian and Russian; English is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
