Senior CRM Manager (Remote)

About the role

Social Discovery Group (SDG) is seeking a Senior CRM Manager to lead data‑driven initiatives that boost retention, increase ARPPU, and reduce churn across its global social entertainment platforms. This fully remote position works with cross‑functional teams to design, test, and optimise CRM campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Generate hypotheses from analytical data, customer journey maps and lifecycle metrics.
• Create business specifications with measurable impact.
• Launch and manage experiments across classic CRM channels (email, push, SMS) and on‑product placements (pop‑ups, banners, chats).
• Analyse experiment results and iterate on strategies.
• Own high‑value CRM initiatives such as high‑ARPPU client retention and churn prevention.
• Collaborate proactively with product managers, UX designers, developers and data analysts.
• Identify process improvements, introduce new channels and apply innovative mechanics to meet business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience with CRM/CDP systems and a solid grasp of core CRM metrics (open‑rate, click‑through‑rate, retention, churn, etc.).
• Strong understanding of revenue‑related KPIs such as ARPPU, LTV and overall revenue.
• Fluent in Russian and English (minimum B2 level).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable experiments.
