Senior Full-Stack Engineer, AI Platform and Agents

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Senior Full‑Stack Engineer to design, build and enable AI agents that support quality‑assurance, testing and software delivery workflows. The role is fully remote within Armenia, allowing you to work from home or from our offices in Yerevan or Gyumri.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and integrate AI agents for QA, testing, validation and delivery use cases.
• Create, evaluate and refine reusable prompt patterns.
• Leverage existing boilerplates, templates and internal engineering standards.
• Collaborate with client champions to identify use cases, prioritize opportunities and drive adoption.
• Translate QA requirements into effective agentic workflows and integrate them into development pipelines.
• Assess agent outputs for accuracy, consistency, reliability and usability.
• Demonstrate prototypes, explain capabilities and support stakeholder alignment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience building AI agents for QA, testing or software delivery.
• Strong understanding of QA processes, test case generation, defect analysis and regression support.
• Proven ability to work with existing development boilerplates and enterprise SDLC, QA and DevOps processes.
• Excellent technical communication and presentation skills.
