Senior Full‑Stack Developer (Python/Django/React)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior Full‑Stack Developer to join a healthcare technology platform that supports clinics with scheduling, clinical records, invoicing and more. You will own feature delivery end‑to‑end, maintain production health and build AI‑powered capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Ship features using Django/DRF, PostgreSQL and React/TypeScript covering scheduling, clinical records, invoicing and reporting.
• Maintain the Playwright end‑to‑end test suite for API and UI, leveraging AI agents.
• Develop AI features, including an MCP server for per‑user AI access and a staff assistant on AWS Bedrock with EU data residency.
• Plan and execute releases, handling scoping, QA sign‑off, migrations, feature flags and rollbacks.
• Own production health across ECS services, RDS, Celery workers and the real‑time server, leading incident resolution and post‑mortems.
• Build and maintain integrations such as UAE health exchanges, Stripe, SMS, WhatsApp, email, imaging and 3D scans, and country‑specific tax rules.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven experience with Python/Django and PostgreSQL.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS, especially ECS and RDS.
• Confidence working with React and TypeScript.
• Practical experience building products with AI/LLMs.
• Fluent English (B2 or higher) written and spoken.
• Ownership mindset, incident‑leadership and mentoring ability.
