Senior International Reporting Specialist

About the role

The Senior International Reporting Specialist will design, develop and deliver high‑quality financial and operational reports for the International Finance Department. This role ensures accuracy, compliance and timely delivery to support management decisions and regulatory obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver regular monthly, quarterly and annual financial and management reports.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances and actionable insights.
• Ensure report accuracy, consistency and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Develop and maintain reporting models, dashboards and KPI tracking tools.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Automate reporting workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting and business units to gather and validate data.
• Provide ad‑hoc analysis and reports for senior management.
• Monitor data quality and implement improvements.
• Assist in audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Document reporting processes, methodologies and data sources.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 3–5+ years of experience in reporting, finance or data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
• Experience with international reporting or IFRS standards.
• Process‑improvement and automation mindset.
