Senior Product Manager, Peer-to-Peer Events
Fundraise Up · Erevan
Job description
About the role
Fundraise Up is a global fundraising platform powering tens of millions of dollars in donations each month, trusted by nonprofits such as UNICEF and the Alzheimer's Association. As Senior Product Manager for Peer-to-Peer (P2P), you will own the P2P product direction, covering DIY fundraising (birthdays, memorials, personal challenges) and events like walks, runs and national campaigns. This is a hands-on individual contributor role reporting to the Director of New Products, turning a broad area into focused bets from discovery through launch and adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Own the P2P product thesis and roadmap, choosing which segments and scenarios to pursue first, and deciding what to build, integrate, defer or exclude.
- Lead discovery with nonprofit fundraising teams, fundraisers, team captains, event operators and go-to-market teams, validating decisions through interviews, workflow mapping, prototypes and live usage.
- Drive delivery end to end with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Research and QA, writing requirements, acceptance criteria and decision records.
- Launch through early access programs with clear entry criteria, success measures and out-of-scope areas.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Support on positioning, enablement and customer commitments, and connect product evidence to adoption, expansion, pipeline, retention and GPV.
- Use AI daily for research, prototyping, specifications and data exploration.
Required profile
- 5+ years of hands-on product management in a software company, including end-to-end ownership of a customer-facing B2B SaaS area.
- Track record of moving a new product or major expansion from ambiguity to launch, adoption and results.
- Experience working directly with business customers, Sales and Customer Success, including enterprise requirements.
- Fluent Russian (required, for a Russian-speaking team) and English at C1 level, written and spoken.
Nice to have
- Building for US enterprise customers and US go-to-market teams.
- Experience with fundraising, payments, registration, events or multi-sided products.
- Beta or early access launches.
- CRM integrations, reporting, transaction attribution, analytics or SQL.
What we offer
- Gross total compensation of $4,900-$5,300 USD.
- 31 paid days off per year, fully remote work and a home office stipend.
- Coworking reimbursement, annual professional development stipend and English learning programs.
- Health insurance reimbursement for you and your family, mental health support and sports reimbursement.
- Charitable giving program with company matching.
