Senior Reporting Specialist – Financial & Operational Reporting

About the role

The Senior Reporting Specialist will design, develop and deliver high-quality financial and operational reports for the International Finance Department. You will ensure accuracy, compliance and timely delivery to support management decisions and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver regular (monthly, quarterly, annual) financial and management reports.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances and actionable insights.
• Ensure report accuracy, consistency and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Develop and maintain reporting models, dashboards and KPI tracking tools.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting and business units to gather and validate data.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and reports for senior management.
• Monitor data quality and implement improvements.
• Assist in audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Document reporting processes, methodologies and data sources.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 3–5+ years of experience in reporting, finance or data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention-to-detail abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with international reporting or IFRS standards.
• Process improvement and automation mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of SQL or other data-querying tools.
• Understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
