Senior UI/UX Designer

About the role

We are looking for a senior UI/UX Designer to own the end‑to‑end user experience of our AI‑powered video intelligence platform. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and AI to turn complex computer‑vision capabilities into intuitive, high‑performance workflows for security operators and enterprise teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full UX lifecycle from discovery, concept development, wireframes, high‑fidelity designs, prototyping, to engineering handoff across web and mobile.
• Design user‑centered experiences that simplify AI‑driven security workflows and enterprise systems.
• Define information architecture for data‑rich, analytics‑heavy products.
• Lead structured user research initiatives, including field studies, stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analysis.
• Validate concepts through rapid prototyping, testing, and iterative experimentation.
• Build and evolve Lumana’s cross‑platform design system, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Leverage UX analytics and product data to drive continuous improvements in usability and adoption.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Leadership to ensure design quality and scalable implementation.
• Align UX strategy with product roadmap and contribute to long‑term platform vision.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of UX/UI design experience on complex B2B, enterprise, or data‑heavy platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end UX work, from research to high‑fidelity execution.
• Proven experience designing complex systems, dashboards, or analytics‑driven applications.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design systems.
• Experience leading user research initiatives and translating insights into shipped product improvements.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
