Senior User Acquisition Manager – Google Ads

About the role

Welltech is seeking a senior‑level growth hacker to own and scale high‑budget Google Ads acquisition campaigns across Display, Demand Gen and YouTube. You will drive DTC growth for our wellness apps, managing a $1M+ budget while optimizing for conversions, revenue and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑volume creative testing, turning winning assets into scalable campaigns.
• Run and scale multi‑million‑dollar Google Ads campaigns (mid‑7‑figure annual spend) focused on visual‑first formats.
• Design and test sophisticated campaign structures, bid strategies and audience architectures using segmentation, 1P data and expansion tactics.
• Own all performance KPIs in Google Ads and internal BI tools, turning data into actionable growth steps.
• Recommend UX and funnel improvements based on data and user behaviour.
• Monitor industry, platform and competitive trends and translate insights into testing opportunities.
• Implement and suggest automation solutions (autorules, scripts) to increase efficiency.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in user acquisition or performance marketing.
• Proven track record scaling DTC campaigns with budgets of $1M+.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads, especially Display, Demand Gen and YouTube.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into growth actions.
• Experience collaborating with creative teams to influence asset production.
