About the role

The Shopping Mall Director will oversee the overall operations of a large‑scale commercial and retail complex, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day performance and strategic growth. This senior leadership position requires a strong focus on operational efficiency, tenant satisfaction, and revenue optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all mall functions, including retail, hospitality, and service areas.
• Develop and implement operational policies to maximise efficiency and profitability.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with tenants, service providers, and partners.
• Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in a large‑scale commercial, retail, hospitality or service facility.
• Proven leadership, organisational and negotiation abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple functions simultaneously and make independent decisions.
• Fluency in Russian and/or English; Armenian language not required.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on results.
