Social Media Marketing Specialist (On‑Site)

About the role

We are seeking a creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead and expand our brand’s presence on major platforms. The role is on‑site and requires a solid understanding of the US market and strong English communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Manage and maintain accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant networks.
• Create compelling graphics, videos, and copy that reflect the brand voice.
• Monitor trends, conversations, and audience feedback, responding to inquiries promptly.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns to generate traffic and leads.
• Analyse performance metrics, produce regular reports and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated on the latest social media best practices and propose innovative growth tactics.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience working in the US market.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on social media marketing experience.
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

What we offer

• Full‑time schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday‑Friday, 09:30‑18:30 with two 15‑minute breaks and a 30‑minute lunch.
