System Administrator

About the role

Evoca is seeking a System Administrator to manage, maintain, and ensure the reliable and secure operation of the Bank’s IT infrastructure, including servers, virtualization platforms, backup systems and monitoring environments.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, maintain and support Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Manage VMware vSphere, vCenter and ESXi environments, including VM provisioning, resource allocation, migration, snapshots, backup and recovery.
• Configure and maintain monitoring tools such as Zabbix or NNMi, manage dashboards, alerts and investigate incidents.
• Administer Veeam Backup & Replication, create and monitor backup jobs, perform restores and verify disaster recovery readiness.
• Handle user access, permissions and infrastructure-related requests, perform system updates, patching and preventive maintenance.
• Document technical procedures, configurations and participate in infrastructure projects and migrations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in system administration.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
