Technical Recruiter

About the role

Commit Offshore is seeking a Mid‑Level Technical Recruiter to join its international talent acquisition team. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring top‑tier technical professionals for a variety of IT projects across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for positions such as Software Engineers, DevOps, Cloud Architects, Data Engineers and QA.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and networking.
• Assess technical and cultural fit in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Track candidate data in the ATS and stay updated on industry hiring trends.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in an international outstaffing or IT services environment.
• Proven ability to recruit for various tech roles at different seniority levels.
• Familiarity with global recruitment trends and sourcing talent across Europe, North America and LATAM.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and multitasking skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
