About the role

Eldrive, an electric‑vehicle showroom, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead B2C sales activities. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact with new and existing customers to closing transactions and post‑sale support.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and preferences, presenting the full range of services and advantages.
• Conduct sales negotiations, prepare offers, and manage financing, leasing, or credit options.
• Draft and process sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain and develop long‑term relationships with clients, handling inquiries via phone, email, or social media.
• Track customer satisfaction, generate sales forecasts, and produce regular reports.
• Update the CRM system with client data and sales activities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor actions to adapt sales strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2C sales experience, preferably in the automotive or similar product sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and time‑management skills.
• Fluency in Armenian; knowledge of Russian and English is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using CRM systems for sales tracking.
