CRO Specialist – DTC E‑commerce (Remote, EU)

About the role

Foxelli is seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to own and grow conversion performance for one to two DTC e‑commerce brands. You will lead structured experiments, improve conversion rates, increase average order value, and drive overall profitability while collaborating with a dedicated design and development team.

Key responsibilities

• Own CRO strategy for 1–2 e‑commerce brands.
• Plan, prioritize, and execute split tests on key pages and funnels.
• Continuously improve conversion rate, AOV, and profitability.
• Analyze user behavior, funnel data, and test results to uncover opportunities.
• Develop clear test hypotheses and maintain a testing roadmap.
• Work closely with designers, developers, and web designers to implement tests.
• Monitor experiment performance and translate insights into actionable next steps.
• Share learnings and recommendations with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience running A/B or split tests in e‑commerce.
• Strong understanding of CRO metrics, AOV, and profitability drivers.
• Comfortable working with data, analytics, and experiment results.
• Experience collaborating with design and development teams.
• Ability to take ownership and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and clear thinking.
