Account Manager – AI Data Annotation Services

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to join our fast‑growing AI data annotation team. You will act as the main liaison between diverse clients and our internal annotation teams, ensuring high‑quality delivery and strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients across multiple industries.
• Oversee annotation teams, guaranteeing timely project execution and adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor key performance metrics and drive process improvements and automation.
• Resolve client and annotator issues promptly and professionally.
• Train and mentor annotation staff and supervisors.

Required profile

• Excellent English (C1 level, spoken and written).
• 1‑2 years of experience in the data annotation sector, managing both teams and client accounts.
• Strong communication, negotiation and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and the capacity to motivate remote teams.
• Mature, responsible attitude with an innovative and flexible mindset.
