Deputy Head of Cloud Services Sales

About the role

The Deputy Head of Cloud Services Sales will lead the sales and operations teams across MUK Cloud’s territories, driving growth of cloud solutions and professional services. This senior position combines strategic planning, partner channel development, and hands‑on sales execution.

Key responsibilities

• Implement strategic planning for sales and operations, setting long‑term sales goals for MUK Cloud.
• Coordinate and organise work of sales and operations specialists in all covered countries, ensuring quality control and balanced workload distribution.
• Promote cloud solutions and professional services, develop value propositions for partners, and manage the partner channel.
• Achieve sales targets such as market share, turnover, margin, number of partners and end‑customer acquisitions.
• Build and nurture a strong partner ecosystem, establishing new connections and expanding existing relationships.
• Facilitate effective interaction between sales, operations and other internal departments to meet sales plans.
• Participate in marketing planning and execution within the business territory.
• Oversee accounting processes, monitor payments, minimise accounts receivable, and prepare quarterly reports for vendors and management.

Required profile

• Higher technical education and fluency in English (reading, speaking, writing).
• Proven experience in an IT company (partner, distributor or vendor) and in selling IT services/software to corporate clients.
• Solid knowledge of the IT market, vendors and partner ecosystem in Central Asia, the Caucasus and Southeast Europe.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team of specialists in selling IT solutions and services.
• Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems, contracts and the functional features of cloud services.
• Relevant certifications and the ability to travel freely across the covered regions.
