About the role

Nova Solutions is looking for a Chinese‑speaking Training and Information Processing Specialist to lead training sessions on its business software platforms and support day‑to‑day information management. The role combines instructional duties with hands‑on processing of operational data, ensuring employees can use the systems efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Design, organise and deliver training programmes on business software and related operational procedures for Chinese‑speaking staff.
• Explain software functionalities, workflows and best practices in both Chinese and English.
• Provide ongoing user support, troubleshooting issues and answering queries.
• Process, analyse and manage information using specialised information‑processing tools.
• Develop and maintain training materials, user guides and operating instructions.

Required profile

• Fluent in Chinese with a good command of English.
• Relevant professional experience in training, software support or information processing.
• Strong communication, organisational and instructional abilities.
