CRM Operations Manager (iGaming)

About the role

We are looking for a CRM Operations Manager to administer and optimise our high‑traffic iGaming CRM platform. You will ensure smooth operation of CRM processes, maintain data quality, and support internal teams across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the CRM system, keeping processes stable and efficient.
• Enforce user compliance with CRM rules and standards.
• Maintain and update dictionaries, fields, statuses, templates, and other system settings.
• Monitor data quality, identify and resolve duplicates, errors, and inconsistencies.
• Track CRM process performance, detect operational issues and participate in their resolution.
• Handle user requests and provide guidance on CRM usage.
• Create and keep up‑to‑date documentation and instructions for the system.
• Validate CRM functionality after changes and log any arising problems.
• Manage data imports, system configurations and ensure their accuracy.
• Support market research and competitor analysis to uncover new CRM opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience with B2B CRM systems.
• Practical knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Monday, Pipedrive or similar platforms is a plus.
• Understanding of CRM operational processes and data management.
• Strong command of MS Excel.
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Miro.
• English level B2 or higher; fluent spoken and written Russian.
• Attention to detail, systematic thinking, and responsibility with data.
