DevOps Support Engineer (mid level)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated mid‑level DevOps Support Engineer to join our growing team. You will work with modern cloud and container technologies, providing first‑line support for production infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for infrastructure issues and incidents.
• Work with AWS services such as EC2, S3, IAM, and CloudWatch.
• Support and troubleshoot workloads on Kubernetes clusters.
• Assist in maintaining monitoring, alerting, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on automation and infrastructure improvements.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services.
• Hands‑on experience or training with Kubernetes.
• Understanding of Linux systems and scripting (Bash/Python is a plus).
• Eagerness to learn, troubleshoot, and support production systems.
• Team player with good communication skills.
