E-commerce Manager

About the role

The E‑commerce Manager will lead Eldorado’s online retail operations in Yerevan, shaping the digital shopping experience for customers. This full‑time, on‑site position requires strategic thinking, data‑driven decision making, and close collaboration with IT, marketing and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Eldorado’s e‑commerce strategy based on market trends and customer insights.
• Ensure stable technical performance in collaboration with IT and development teams.
• Maintain accurate product onboarding and catalog logic.
• Analyze sales, conversion rates, AOV and other KPIs using digital analytics tools.
• Oversee UX/UI, category structure, filters and product pages on Eldorado.am.
• Collaborate with Marketing and CRM teams on campaigns and customer‑journey optimisation.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and annual reports and present data‑driven recommendations to management.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing or online sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E‑Commerce or a related field.
• Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital analytics tools.
• Understanding of UX/UI best practices.
• Experience with CRM platforms and funnel optimisation.
