Affiliate / Account Manager (CPA/FinTech)

About the role

International IT company Livornica is looking for an experienced Affiliate / Account Manager to join a rapidly growing CPA project operating across 10 countries and 3 continents. You will manage affiliate partners, analyze performance, and provide operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Partner Management: Onboard, manage, and scale relationship networks with affiliate partners and webmasters.
• Performance Analysis: Track key metrics, optimize campaigns, and identify strategic growth opportunities.
• Support & Operations: Provide ongoing operational support, prompt response to affiliate inquiries, and maintain reporting/documentation.

Required profile

• Experience: 1+ years in Affiliate Marketing / CPA networks.
• Languages: Advanced English (C1), Spanish (B2) for calls and written communication.
• Analytical mindset: Ability to evaluate performance data quickly and make data‑driven decisions independently.
• Soft skills: Excellent negotiation, proactive problem‑solving, and communication skills.
