Executive Project & Operations Coordinator – CEO Office

About the role

The Executive Project & Operations Coordinator will support the CEO of Auto Gallery in Yerevan, managing operational projects, streamlining workflows, and handling day‑to‑day administrative tasks. This full‑time, on‑site position plays a key role in ensuring efficient coordination across internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct administrative and organizational support to the CEO.
• Coordinate communication and follow‑ups with internal teams, external stakeholders, governmental institutions, and partners.
• Assist in overseeing and coordinating multiple ongoing projects across various business areas.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure timely follow‑up on action items.
• Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, and correspondence.
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Support day‑to‑day operational and strategic activities of the CEO.
• Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and executive‑level discussions.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills for project management, problem‑solving, and data interpretation.
• Excellent communication abilities for interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in operations management, workflow streamlining, and customer service.
• Proven administrative assistance capabilities, including scheduling and documentation.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in an executive‑level or operations coordination role is an advantage.
