19 National Staff Positions – EUPM Armenia

About the role

The European Union Partnership Mission in Armenia (EUPM) is recruiting nineteen national staff members to support its mandate of strengthening Armenia’s resilience against foreign information manipulation, cyber‑threats and illicit financial flows. Positions span executive coordination, political affairs, communications, project management, interpretation, administration, finance, logistics, procurement, information systems, security, transportation and human resources.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in delivering strategic guidance, operational‑level advice and capacity‑building assistance to security sector institutions.
• Perform functional duties in the assigned area (e.g., coordination, communications, finance, logistics, IT, security, HR) to ensure effective implementation of mission activities.

Required profile

• Medically fit and eligible to work under Armenian law.
• Proficiency in English and Armenian (both oral and written); Russian when applicable.
• Relevant education and professional experience as detailed in the specific job description.

Required skills

• Fluency in English and Armenian.
• Knowledge of Russian (optional).

What we offer

• One‑year fixed‑term contract (40 hours/week) with a three‑month probationary period and possible renewal.
• Salary according to the applicable group: Group 1 1,403,627‑3,011,455 AMD/month; Group 2 964,404‑1,765,743 AMD/month; Group 3 642,051‑1,297,906 AMD/month.
