Flutter Developer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer to join our growing team and help build high‑quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. The role involves working closely with designers, backend engineers and QA specialists in a multilingual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross‑platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests to ensure product quality.
• Optimize app performance and implement best‑practice UX/UI patterns.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, third‑party SDKs, and native Android code (Java/Kotlin) where required.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers and QA engineers to deliver features on schedule.
• Communicate effectively with English‑ and Russian‑speaking team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with Flutter/Dart.
• Strong understanding of architectural patterns such as BLoC, RxDart and Clean Architecture.
• Familiarity with Domain‑Driven Design principles.
• Hands‑on experience with native Android development (Java/Kotlin).
• Proficiency with Firebase services (push notifications, Crashlytics) and analytics tools.
• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or similar).
