HR Operations Specialist (Russian & English)

About the role

We are seeking an organized, detail‑oriented HR Operations Specialist fluent in Russian and English to support our fully remote team. You will ensure smooth day‑to‑day HR administration, maintain accurate employee data, and act as a key point of contact for HR‑related inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date employee profiles and documentation in Workable, covering onboarding, transfers, terminations and status changes.
• Track working hours, absences and leave records using Uattend, and resolve any timesheet discrepancies.
• Consolidate and prepare payroll input data for the Finance team, helping to correct any payroll‑related data issues.
• Draft and distribute company‑wide HR communications, including policy updates and organizational changes.
• Maintain HR operational databases, generate periodic reports, and assist in refining workflows and templates.

Required profile

• 1‑2+ years of experience in HR administration, operations or payroll support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (certifications a plus).
• Fluent Russian and English (C1+), with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms such as Workable.
• Proficiency with time‑tracking tools like Uattend.
• Advanced skills in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with task‑management tools (ClickUp, Asana).
