About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Incoming Tour Manager to coordinate both pre‑designed and customized tour programs for international clients. The role involves managing budgets, handling client requests, and ensuring smooth communication between the office and travelers.
Key responsibilities
- Process incoming tour requests and guarantee all client needs are satisfied.
- Maintain client communication through email and other channels.
- Serve as the liaison between the office team and clients.
- Address feedback, resolve issues professionally, and ensure high service quality.
Required profile
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Team player capable of meeting deadlines.

What we offer
- Net salary ranging from 120,000 to 150,000 AMD.
- Performance‑based bonuses.
- Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 10:00‑18:00.
