Information Technology Sales Manager

About the role

LuysTech is building a new B2B sales line for its Business Control (BC) platform, a management system for medium and large enterprises. The Information Technology Sales Manager will drive the outreach, presentation and growth of BC solutions to potential corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential B2B customers and present the BC platform.
• Analyse business needs, uncover pain points and propose suitable technology solutions.
• Organise and attend meetings, initially together with senior team members and later independently.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the sales cycle.
• Record client interactions and sales stages in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with resilience to rejection.
• Interest in IT products and willingness to learn business processes.
• Motivation to achieve sales targets and grow professionally.

Required skills

• Experience or familiarity with ERP systems.
• Experience or familiarity with CRM tools.
