Junior/Middle AI Developer (.NET)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior to Mid‑level AI Developer to join a fully remote team that builds AI‑powered backend services. You will work on integrating AI agents, large language model features, and automation workflows into scalable .NET applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain backend services for AI‑driven products.
• Build and integrate AI agents, LLM‑based tools, and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) workflows.
• Create RESTful APIs using .NET 10, C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Implement data access layers with Entity Framework Core and PostgreSQL.
• Integrate external APIs, third‑party services and AI platforms.
• Handle authentication and authorization with ASP.NET Core Identity and JWT.
• Work with AWS S3 for file storage and AI processing pipelines.
• Apply observability, distributed tracing, metrics and logging via OpenTelemetry.
• Optimize services for performance, reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with AI, product and engineering teams to turn evolving requirements into technical solutions.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of professional experience in backend development with .NET and C#.
• Strong grasp of software architecture, OOP, SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Ability to work independently, handle ambiguous requirements and deliver quality code.
• Strong interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies.
