Learning and Technical Coordinator

About the role

The Learning and Technical Coordinator supports the delivery of TUMO Labs’ tuition‑free applied science and engineering programs. Working closely with students, instructors and cross‑functional teams, the coordinator ensures smooth learning experiences and reliable technical operations throughout the program lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of learning activities, workshops and student‑engagement events from admission to graduation.
• Conduct onboarding, admission and ongoing educational activities for participants.
• Monitor and review student projects, providing guidance on programming and technical skills.
• Assist with entrepreneurial initiatives such as incubation, pre‑acceleration and acceleration programs.
• Identify, assess and resolve technical issues by liaising with IT and engineering teams.
• Develop lightweight tools and solutions to streamline internal processes and improve program efficiency.
• Maintain and update program‑related hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.
• Record and analyse students’ learning progress, generating data‑driven insights on program effectiveness.
• Serve as primary point of contact for student inquiries, enrollment management and overall learning experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
• Up to two years of experience in program or technical coordination; recent graduates with strong relevant experience are welcome.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a passion for education and technology.
