Learning Experience Lead

About the role

TripleTen, an EdTech company delivering tech‑career programs across the US and Latin America, is seeking a Learning Experience Lead. You will own the design of end‑to‑end learning experiences, turning business and learner goals into effective, AI‑enhanced educational solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design complete courses from concept to launch, especially in fast‑evolving AI domains.
• Leverage AI tools throughout the instructional design workflow – research, prototyping, content creation, validation, and iteration.
• Define success metrics, instrument learning analytics, and continuously improve based on data.
• Rapidly prototype and experiment with new educational concepts using AI‑first workflows.
• Mentor fellow Learning Experience Designers and raise overall design quality.
• Identify and replace ineffective instructional patterns, establishing scalable best practices.
• Document and evolve instructional design standards across the team.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on instructional design experience, preferably in IT education.
• Proven ability to ship end‑to‑end educational products independently.
• Strong AI literacy with regular use of AI tools for design and iteration.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.
• Experience defining learning success metrics and using data for continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset, autonomy, and creative problem‑solving.
• Experience mentoring peers and raising design standards.
