Mid-to-Senior DevOps Engineer (On-Premises, Kubernetes)

About the role

imID is seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate reliable on‑premises infrastructure. You will work closely with software, platform, and security teams to ensure production workloads run smoothly and securely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain highly available on‑premises infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters.
• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines for application delivery and infrastructure automation.
• Manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and automate provisioning with scripting languages.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting and observability solutions.
• Enforce security best practices, including access control, secrets management and vulnerability management.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, networking and deployment issues.
• Evaluate and introduce new DevOps tools and automation practices.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Hands‑on experience managing production Kubernetes clusters and on‑premises environments.
• Strong Linux administration skills and experience with Talos Linux.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
