Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) – JCB

About the role

Premium Machinery AM is seeking a motivated Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) for its JCB department. The role focuses on promoting and selling JCB construction attachments, building strong customer relationships, and driving new business in the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell JCB construction attachments and related products within the designated region.
• Identify, acquire and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular visits.
• Prepare and deliver commercial offers, product presentations and negotiate sales terms.
• Follow up leads, quotations and pending opportunities to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing, and keep CRM/SAP data up‑to‑date.
• Coordinate with Service, Parts, Finance and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Participate in exhibitions, demonstrations and other promotional events.
• Provide sales activity and pipeline reports to the Sales Manager and ensure timely collection of customer payments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in construction equipment, automotive or machinery.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Customer‑oriented, proactive and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for customer visits.
• Good command of Russian; English knowledge is a plus.
