Project Analyst (Coordinator)

About the role

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Armenia is seeking a Project Analyst (Coordinator) to lead and manage urban systems innovation and portfolio‑based transformation initiatives. The role focuses on applying holistic, human‑centered design and social‑innovation methods to advance circular bio‑economy and city‑level experiments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the "Organics Mobilized: Accelerating Social Transformation Towards Circular Bioeconomy" and City Experiment Fund projects.
• Provide advisory support on systems approaches for the Green and Digital Cities Initiative prototypes.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, co‑creation workshops, and community listening activities.
• Oversee strategic learning, monitoring, reporting, compliance and operational management of assigned projects.
• Support resource mobilization, communications and innovative finance exploration.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management within urban innovation, sustainable development or related fields.
• Strong understanding of systems thinking, portfolio approaches and human‑centered design.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including public sector, NGOs and private partners.
• Excellent analytical, reporting and compliance skills.
