Project Manager – SaaS & Cloud Implementations

About the role

KX is seeking a full‑time Project Manager to lead the delivery of its AI‑driven SaaS solutions on AWS and customer‑hosted environments. You will act as the primary liaison with clients, ensuring smooth implementation of out‑of‑the‑box functions and custom developments while maintaining project timelines and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to execute implementations ranging from 2 to 18 months.
• Manage client communications, expectations, and training on product features.
• Track progress, report time and cost, and control scope changes.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience managing international IT projects, including end‑to‑end product implementations.
• Strong background in back‑end and infrastructure‑focused projects.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Fluent English.
