Project & Operations Manager

About the role

Glana is a fast‑growing software provider for restaurants and hospitality venues. The Project & Operations Manager will work directly with the founders and cross‑functional teams to drive client onboarding, marketing initiatives, partnership deals, and internal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for restaurants, partners, and banks, handling calls, meetings, and follow‑ups.
• Guide new venues from initial contact through go‑live and maintain accurate post‑launch setups.
• Resolve operational and client issues until completion.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, create video concepts, scripts, and social media posts.
• Brief and review design work for branded materials and presentations.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and review contracts for clients and partners.
• Translate and localise content in Armenian, English, and Russian.
• Monitor the restaurant‑tech market, analyse competitors, and identify growth opportunities.
• Own undefined initiatives such as new markets, partners, or emerging problems and turn ad‑hoc work into documented processes.

Required profile

• Fluent writing skills in Armenian, English, and Russian.
• Ability to juggle multiple unrelated tasks and deliver results.
• Strong organisational skills to bring structure to ambiguous work.
• Experience in hospitality, fintech, SaaS, or agency environments is a plus.
• Proven track record of solving problems independently.
